Hi! I’m Rollie and welcome to my home, Providence Ranch! I am a 3rd-generation farmer originating from eastern Nebraska. You can say farming is what I know – cattle, hogs, crops – conventional or organic - and everything in between. After moving to central Wisconsin, I began a more in-depth look into my next journey. After endless research and networking with other Mini Hereford breeders, I made raising Mini Herefords my passion. I admire the original hard work completed by Largent & Sons, developers of the Mini Hereford breed. After 18 years of breeding and culling, Largent’s sold their first Mini Hereford, demonstrating a standard of excellence. As a result, we raise show-quality Mini Herefords while remaining true to the Mini Hereford standards for height as fully matured cattle – just like the original Miniature Herefords were meant to be.
